This has been a really fun and frustrating project to work on. It was very time consuming due to the vast number of shapes and layers. I loved getting really in depth of looking at my reference picture and thinking of why things are the way they are in real life, especially the way light is so important in our perception of our surroundings.
One of the hardest parts wasnt getting the shapes right but getting the right coloring. This took using many multiple layers on top of each other to apply shading and highlights on top of things.

Another difficulty I ran into was keeping my layers organized. Something I learned that would have helped was to start at the back and work forwards. This keeps things way more organized and keeps you from having to lock layers over and over again.

Using the draw inside tool is also very helpful when using shadows and highlights. The only thing to keep in mind is to get the base color right at the start of using the draw inside tool and to pay attention to all details before you leave the tool.
